Banana, Cocoa & Avocado Smoothie
- 100 ml of almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 ripe dates
- 1 tbsp of cocoa
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 tsp of almond butter
- ice cubes
Pit the dates, peel the banana and avocado, cut them in pieces and place all the fruits into the blender. Add all the other ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
Serve the smoothie in a high glass over a few ice cubes.
