1. Pumpkin with honey

3. Fresh milk cream massage

You should mix 4 to 5 tablespoons of fresh milk cream with 2 apples until you make a paste. You should massage with this paste for about 15 minutes, and then leave it for an hour to act. This is probably the best way of getting large and lifted breasts.

4. Fenugreek seeds and almond oil

These two ingredients should be mixed in equal quantity with yogurt. Twice a day, massage your breasts with this mixture. This will help you to return the elasticity of your breasts.

5. Plum and tamarind

In four glasses of water, you should soak 2 tablespoons of tamarind and 10 dry Plum in 4 and leave it overnight. Next, you should strain the seeds of tamarind and plum and blend them. After that, add 5 tablespoons of sugar and ½ teaspoon of salt in the blended mixture. At the end, cool the mixture and drink 2 to 3 glasses of it on empty stomach. You will notice the changes in the next 15 to 20 days.

6. Cotton seeds with milk

You should boil 50gr of crashed cotton seeds in two glasses of milk. You should boil it until it evaporates into ½ glasses. You can consume this as tea, and you will notice the results after 1 or 2 months.


7. Carrots

Blend some carrots until you make a paste. You should fill your bra with this ice cold paste, or you can also massage it on your breasts on a daily basis. After the treatment, your breasts will look larger, fuller and tighter.

8. Pineapple

You should mush the inner side skin of the pineapple. You need to apply the paste on your breasts and cover them. This remedy will help you for fuller and tighter breasts.

9. EGG AND CUCUMBER MASK

You should mix egg and large mashed cucumber, and then add 5

tablespoons of yogurt. Leave it to act for 20 minutes, and when you wash it, you should give your breasts a light massage.
